Almost every Fire Kirin account lock is a temporary security measure, and the fastest way out is to message us in chat. Tell the agent your username and they verify and unlock it — typically in about 2 minutes, any time of day.

Why Fire Kirin Accounts Get Locked

• Too many failed login attempts. The system auto-locks after several wrong passwords as anti-bot protection. This is the #1 cause.
• Logging in from many devices/locations quickly. Rapid location changes can trigger a security hold.
• Suspected shared credentials. If one account logs in from too many places, it gets flagged.

How to Get Unlocked

1. Open WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger using any button here.
2. Say "My Fire Kirin account is locked" and give your username.
3. The agent verifies you own the account and lifts the lock.
4. If the lock came from forgotten credentials, they reset your password at the same time — see forgot password.
5. Log back in. Your coins, VIP tier, and progress are all intact — account state lives on the server, not your device.

Avoiding Future Locks
